Ambassador Concierge

VIP Airport Service

Ambassador Concierge provides Guests with a VIP Airport Greeter Service that helps you navigate check-in services and security at the Airport.

Arrival

After you have cleared immigration, and retrieved your luggage, your Ambassador Concierge will meet you at the arrivals exit, and lead you to your awaiting car transfer service. Along the journey the Ambassador Concierge will review your itinerary (if pre-arranged), and/or answer any questions you may have in relation to your stay.

Departure

Ambassador Concierge will meet you at the hotel lobby (or relevant departure point), and coordinate with the driver.  During the journey the Ambassador Concierge will be available for any final questions or requirements you may have.  Upon arrival at the airport you will be assisted to ensure prompt check-in. Your Ambassador Concierge will escort you to security checkpoints and make sure airport personnel get you to your gate or VIP lounge to relax before departure.
