VIP Airport Service (Includes Airport Transfer/ Chauffeured Vehicle)
Ambassador Concierge provides Guests with a VIP Airport Greeter Service that allows you to enjoy express service for check-in, immigration, and security at the Airport. VIP Airport services are available for both arrivals and departures.
Arrival
Airport Greeter will meet you at the gate as you exit the aircraft, escort you through the Diplomatic Channel for rapid immigration clearance, and help you with your luggage. Your Ambassador Concierge will meet you at the arrivals exit, and lead you to your awaiting car transfer service. Along the journey the Ambassador Concierge will review your itinerary (if pre-arranged), and/or answer any questions you may have in relation to your stay in China.
Departure
Ambassador Concierge will meet you at the hotel lobby (or relevant departure point), and coordinate with the driver. During the journey the Ambassador Concierge will be available for any final questions or requirements you may have. Upon arrival at the airport you will be met curbside and assisted to ensure prompt check-in. Your Ambassador Concierge will introduce you to the Airport Greeter who will take you through restricted access security, Diplomatic Channel customs clearance, and onto the VIP lounge where you may relax before boarding your flight.
